Are Mormons thought some kind of special etiquette when dealing with people from other relisions?

I don't think they are taught some type of "special etiquette" but they are told to be kind and respectful about other's people views and beliefs.

Mormons are to be kind, even to their enemies, to gently instruct those who opose them in hopes that God may grant them repentence leading to a greater knowledge of the truth.
